CANCELLATION POLICY

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Hinweis zu technisch montierten Produkten

Bei technisch montierten Produkten wie Vorbauten und Pedalen kann bereits die Montage sichtbare Klemm-, Werkzeug- oder Montagespuren hinterlassen. Dadurch kann die Ware ihren Neuwarencharakter verlieren und nicht mehr als Neuware verkauft werden.

Eine Nutzung der Ware über die Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise hinaus kann daher zu einem Wertersatz entsprechend dem tatsächlichen Wertverlust führen.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Das Widerrufsrecht besteht nicht bei Verträgen zur Lieferung von Waren, die nicht vorgefertigt sind und für deren Herstellung eine individuelle Auswahl oder Bestimmung durch den Verbraucher maßgeblich ist oder die eindeutig auf die persönlichen Bedürfnisse des Verbrauchers zugeschnitten sind.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of conclusion of the contract, are not citizens of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract are outside the European Union.

The consumer must pay compensation for any loss in value of the goods if

1) the loss in value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, and

2) the entrepreneur has informed the consumer of his right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 246a § 1 paragraph 2 sentence 1 number 1 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code.

General information

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging materials. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Conditions for a full refund:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
• Die Ware ist unbenutzt, nicht montiert und in neuwertigem Zustand.
• There are no signs of wear or damage.
• The return shipment must be complete and, if possible, in the original packaging.

Assembly and Use

Please note that anodized aluminum components such as stems or pedals may develop visible clamping marks, tool marks or installation marks during assembly. As a result, the product may lose its "new" condition and can no longer be resold as new.

Returns of Assembled or Used Products

If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functionality, or if it shows signs of assembly, use or damage, we reserve the right to deduct any resulting loss in value from the refund. The amount deducted will depend on the actual reduction in value of the returned product.

Return Shipping Costs

Under our voluntary return policy, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

This voluntary return policy is provided in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit or affect it in any way. The statutory provisions apply exclusively to your legal right of withdrawal.
