This handlebar reducer allows handlebars with a clamping diameter of 25.4 mm to be mounted on stems with a clamping diameter of 31.8 mm.
The two-part design allows for stem replacement without removing the handlebar components. The handlebar reducer is made of high-quality, black anodized aluminum and fits all stems with a clamping width of 40 mm.
