Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g. custom-made steel braided hoses).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not a member of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of concluding the contract are outside the European Union.
The consumer must provide compensation for any loss in value of the goods if:
the loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning, and
the entrepreneur has informed the consumer of their right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 246a § 1 paragraph 2 sentence 1 number 1 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB).
Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.
Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
Please note that the aforementioned points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Conditions for a full refund:
The return is made within 30 days of receipt.
The goods are unused, uninstalled, and in as-new condition.
There are no signs of use or damage.
The return is complete and, if possible, in the original packaging.
Returns with signs of use or installation:
If the returned goods show signs of use or installation, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund – up to a maximum of 30% of the original purchase price.
Return shipping costs:
As part of the voluntary return guarantee, you bear the costs of return shipping.

This guarantee applies in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal and does not restrict it in any way.
